Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for paying the outgoing shipping cost of your new item.
- We ARE NOT responsible for "lost" or returned items due to an incorrect shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to input the correct shipping address, and to double-check shipping information on the Order Confirmation page, confirmation email, and also the shipping confirmation email.
- If a package is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, we may refund you the cost of the items—but NOT the shipping cost. If you choose to have your items re-shipped, you will have to repay the shipping cost.
- Sometimes, items get lost or delayed in transit via USPS. Unfortunately, we have no control over these issues but will work with you as best we can to find or replace your items. We are not responsible for missing or delayed items due to USPS.
- Please note - we do not request signatures for our shipments.
RUSH ORDERS
- If you need an item by a certain date, please check with us BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Many of our items are HANDMADE or MADE TO ORDER and require additional production time. If you don't let us know that your order is urgent, we will never know.
