RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Need to make a return or exchange? No Problem!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We will be happy to do an exchange or return of the merchandise up to 14 days of the delivery date
  • After 7 days of the delivery date, we will only be able to offer a store credit issued via email. We will not be able to accept returns after 14 days of delivery date

  • All returns & exchanges are examined on a case-by-case basis.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Accessory items, such as blankets, stickers, keychains, and bracelets are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are final sales.
  • Gift cards may not be returned.
  • Products bought on sale will be returned or exchanged at the sale price. 


REFUNDS

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
  • If you are exchanging an item, we will send you an invoice for any amounts owed for shipping or the difference in products, and ship your items out once we receive the payment.
